Job responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to position the products and the projects and to increase sales
- Following market trends and presenting creative ideas
- Analyzing data to report on brand growth
- Meet with stakeholders to determine brand objectives and strategies.
- Collaborate with Market Research team to identify consumer trends and needs.
- Liaising with different kinds of agencies (Digital, PR, advertising... etc.)
- Research markets and study the company’s brand.
- Present and execute creative ideas for marketing activities.
- Help develop and optimize marketing campaigns (product launching and promotion)
- Coordinate with sales, product development and other teams.
- Track budgets with an eye towards maximizing gains and reducing costs.
- Analyze industry, competition and market trends.
- Prepare reports on brand performance and sales.
- Handling Company’s Brands entirely on the marketing and the communication side.
- Help in maintaining the image of the brand, executing strategies,
- Following up on vendors and suppliers, monitoring media plans executions (online and offline).
- Being a key point in all communications and on-ground activations.
- Following up on exhibitions, events, outdoors and printing is a crucial part of the job.
- Assist Brand Manager in coordinating and executing company brand promotion activities.
- Manage consumer and trade promotional activities and marketing events.
- Provide necessary assistance to Senior Brand Manager in all activities pertaining to brand building.
- Assist in developing annual business plans for profitable company growth.
- Work with other business units to execute business plans to meet revenue targets.
- Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned.
Job requirements:
- BSc/BA in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in Marketing.
- English Proficiency is a must- writing, reading and spoken.
- Proven experience in real estate
- Familiarity with latest marketing trends and best practices
- Ability to conduct research and analyze data.
- Organizational skills, experience meeting tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
